This issue is dedicated to what inexorably and irrevocably limits our lives and inevitably influences it - time and death. We, like all of humanity, experience a painful collision with our own finitude, now and always. The time of a pandemic forces us to have a conscious attitude towards death; it again becomes a part of life, a teacher, an assistant, something that allows us to add value to life. Remembering death, seeing off loved ones forever, we reconsider our relationship with the time allotted for being among the living. Death is a cruel mentor, but it makes us more mature and responsible, gives us the opportunity to learn the difficult art of being in the moment, in the “here and now,” and makes us think about those who remain.
