The original English version of this book can be purchased here. In modern culture, there is great interest in the idea of Persona and creating maps of one's inner world. This interest is so strong that BTS, currently the most popular Korean pop group, adopted Dr. Murray Stein's ideas and wove them into the title and lyrics of their album, Map of the Soul: Persona. This book is a reflection on BTS's songs and a narrative about the map of the soul. What is our personality and how does it influence our life path? What masks do we wear when interacting with others? Ultimately, our personality is how we relate to the world. In conjunction with our ego, Shadow, Anima/Animus, and other psychic elements, Persona creates an internal map of the soul. Murray Stein, Ph.D., is a member of ISAP/IAAP. He is a lecturer, analyst, and supervisor at the International School of Analytical Psychology ISAP-Zurich. He served as President of IAAP from 2002 to 2004 and President of ISAP-Zurich from 2008 to 2012. He is the author of books on analytical psychology.

"I first learned about BTS's interest in my work from a Japanese student at the International School of Analytical Psychology in Zurich. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that my previous book, 'Jung's Map of the Soul,' had been recommended on the BTS website. Later, when the same student informed me that BTS's new album was called 'Map of the Soul: Persona,' I was astounded. This inspired me to write a small book with the same title, in which I decided to share what I had been working on for many years. It took me some time to get used to this idea. I still don't know what will come of it, but I believe it will be extremely useful for readers to familiarize themselves with the profound discoveries that Jung has given us. I am especially glad that Jung's ideas are becoming popular among young people. When I think that young people will seriously study the topics described in the book, seek their path in life, love themselves, and thereby create a new world, it fills me with hope."
