The Jungian Sandplay therapy method is becoming more and more popular every year in Russia and the countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS). Recently, Russian-speaking colleagues have had more opportunities to undergo training, supervision and personal sandplay process from certified ISST members. However, there are still many questions and untouched theoretical topics and practical discussions. Based on the international experience of colleagues from other countries, we have created the Russian Journal of Sandplay Therapy, which will cover news in the world of Sandplay, publish theoretical articles by domestic and foreign authors, and work on the study of symbols , interviews and experience of world experts, a review of professional literature on the theory and practice of working with the Dora Kalff method. The mission of the magazine is to share accumulated international and domestic experience with colleagues throughout the Russian-speaking space. This magazine will be of interest not only to those who practice the Kalff approach to sandplay therapy, but also for those who use other modifications of the method, as well as for everyone who wants to develop their symbolic thinking and better understand their own inner world and the inner world of clients. The magazine is published twice a year. The magazine is published with the support of the American Journal of Sandplay Therapy (JST) and the International Society of Sandplay Therapy (ISST)
